About Me

I got married 10 years after leaving the Way Corp to a wonderful man named Paul whom I can't boss around..... : ) Since I got married late in life it was nice that he had 3 children who were 12, 15 and 17 at the time. They are great kids and are all doing well. The eldest Shaun is married to a wonderful woman and they have a little girl named Alli. I love my life and am happier than I've been since I was 12 years old....

My Interests

I love hiking,biking and swimming. I work part time at the Kettering Rec teaching swimming to babies, children and adults. I kind of stumbled into it by taking a life guarding class last summer....Me and a bunch or 16 & 17 year olds it was great...I will be a certified American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor by summer. Hopefully one day that will be my full time job but until then I work part time.

Employment or Career

I worked for a brokerage firm that was gobbled up by bigger firms until we finally ended up being Wachovia Securities. I got laid off last Dec after 13 years and couldn't be happier. I now work for a medical bill payment company that handles the billing of 911 calls for the fire depts. It is a vey nice change I actually like going to work now...

Music I Like

Rock...but I hardly listen to music anymore....

Books I Like

Follow the River, Into Thin Air, Its Not About he Bike, Into the Wild, The Impossible Just takes a Little Longer, The Price Winner from Defiance Ohio...These are all real like stories I like NON FICTION

Television I like

Very Litte except during Football season....except for Greys Anatomy and some American Idol.....

Movies I like

Geez....Castaway....Don't go to many movies....

Sports Teams I like

The Ohio State Buckeys......The Oakland Raiders....The Green Bay Packers...and now the New York Football Giants simply for knocking out the pats.....ha

I had something written and then deleted it. I was trying to figure out the comment reply besides I don't do well without spell check.

Terri is in NC where she went after corps gradution. Haven't heard from her in years, but think of her often. I probably had the address as they bought a house years ago. more later

Wow after all these years!!!! I am still crazier than ever. Something never change. We had some fun times and got us through those way years. Like you, I couldn't be happier. Life got really sweet after leaving the way. We were on staff at HQ for 7 years before re-entering the family corps. Then

s in Rome City before being kicked out in April 1997. We just picked Orlando and started our lives over and really started over in 2001 after leaving the way for good. Why we didn't leave sooner, I will never know. But it takes times to get the scales over your eyes and see things as they really are.
