Reporting the sad news that Tamra Joy Beaird Mellor (WC 16) fell asleep in Christ this morning (1/26/14) in Richmond VA (breast cancer). Please pray for her two sons, Ben & Max, age 14. Christ is coming back!

Hi Myrna Good to hear from you. I too remember well our adventures in Emporia Hall. You were always a sweetheart. Paul & I took Dukes class a couple years ago and got so blessed we signed up for more. One of these days we will have to stop by and visit. We often go to Stafford Virginia to visit with Jim and Deb Johnson.

Bless you Myrna, actually it was not my intention to join the 15th corps site but to look at the pictures to see who I knew. I graduated with the 13th and it was the 15th's first year in residence. I was not married to Jim Carroll. IBless you.

The day of his court he was arrested. His probation was revoked. He could potentially do 20 years but he will probably do 10% of that. If we can get him a lawyer he may be able to get into a program where he does 6 months in jail, 6 months in a half-way house and then back on probation for the remainder of his 20 years. That is what we are praying for. The cost of the lawyer is the big thing because our fellowship is small and is all young people with no money so we are praying hard for God to work a miracle for us.Thank you for praying. Please continue. He is getting pretty depressed in jail.

My son is 19, he turns 20 in Dec. He makes me laugh....He has a great heart and sees the best in people. God has bless us abundantly. I did'nt mean to start a group...I was looking for a group. All this was new to me, but sure. I guess, I edit? Let me know. It's great to hear from you!

God bless you Myrna! This has been wonderful after all these years to reconnect. My wife Connie and I have been trying to get up there to Williamsburg to visit Scott and Maryann and their family. We also know Kevin and Chrissy real well. The next time Ken comes out I'll be interested in joining you.We moved to Saint Augustine,FL in November 2005.My daughter lives here and we didn't want to watch my grand- daughter grow up in pictures. Thanks for praying for my friend. He is very depressed and in a bad place. His court date is March 6. He could potentially be doing 20 years. His son would be completely grown when he would get out. The whole situation breaks my heart. I am praying that he gets a few months and they let him out on parole. Pray that he stays safe in jail.

Myrna: So great to hear from you and what a great time everyone had at the Youth Advance. Alex wanted to go but couldn't because of basketball. We plan to come to camp again this summer. Bruce is going to be hear Saturday teaching, "Who is Jesus Christ?" Then in March we are going to New Jersey for a weekend to hear Wayne Clapp and Kevin Guigui and in May/June we are going to New York to hear Sangat Baines-lots of things going on. We love you.
