Thank you David Bailey, for the nice job you did with the "The Way Corps Site" header you designed for our site. The picture space is limited to only 955 pixels wide by 115-200 pixels tall. Considering such a tiny space to work with, I think you did an awesome job. A round of applause for you, man!
HOW TO CUSTOMIZE YOUR OWN HEADER
If you wish to use another header other than the one on the main page you can do so. Go to your Settings and click on Appearance. Then go to Edit Appearance Page. You can find that HERE.
Look under the theme boxes and click on "Apply Way Corps Site's Theme" if you want to match your site to the main page theme. Now your theme will be exactly the same as ours on the main site page.
If you decide you do not like the default, go back to HERE. Choose a Theme that you like from among the choices provided. To insert your own picture it must be exactly 955 pixels wide by 115-200 pixels tall.
Then just replace your themes Header Background with your own personalized picture. Be creative. Your header picture will only show up on your page.
Additionally, you may have to go into the Advanced section of your theme settings to insert some CSS code. Don't worry, it won't bite.
For example this line of code at the top of your CSS code will hide the site name "Way Corps Site" and remove it from your header section.
#xg_sitename {visibility: hidden !important; }
This line of code will increase or decrease the HEIGHT of your header picture. Adjust the numeric value of the 145 larger or smaller depending on you picture. This will also insert some space between your navigation tabs and your picture header.

Are you completely lost? Don't worry. It is easier than you think. If you need help just post your questions here. If you mess up you can always revert to the basic theme and start again.

David - you officially have the best banner of all members on this site. Nice man. Maybe you can make a similar page for our MEMBERS section. A banner that is displayed at the top when someone clicks on the Memebers Tab. It can contain a sampling of people or groups of people. You provide the banner and I will install it accordingly. I have already had a few compliments on the header you made for us on this page.
