In Memory Of Linda Sineros
Posted by Ted Ferrell on January 17, 2012 at 4:03pm in In Memoriam
It is with sadness of heart that I post this. Linda was a wonder filled believer that touched the hearts and lives of all that knew her. Please pray for her husband Willie and family .
Linda Sisneros (1945-2011)
FARMINGTON
Linda Sisneros
July 18, 1945 - Dec. 27, 2011
Farmington lost one of its most memorable residents when Linda Sisneros' body succumbed to the cancer it had been battling since she was diagnosed nearly three years ago.
Known for her extraordinary love of God and unrelenting pursuit of His truth, Linda imparted her words of wisdom and demonstrated her passion for family to the very end by speaking words of love and kindness to family and close friends.
She even made a trip out of town to spend some time with family for Thanksgiving when her body was nearly incapable.
Those who had the privilege of meeting her, even once, say that they were profoundly affected by her passionate faith, willingness to convey words of wisdom or to just simply listen.
Linda is survived by her loving, dedicated husband of 46 years, Willie; her three proud children, Will and wife, Bernadette, Tanya, Rob and wife, Paula; her six grandchildren, Alex "Goose," Bailey, Rachel, Laurynn, Dalton and Hayden; her mother, Luna; and sisters, Sherry and Tina.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 14, at First United Methodist Church, 808 N. Monterey Ave. in Farmington.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Linda Sisneros Memorial Fund via Animas Credit Union.
Friends may contact the family with condolences online at www.caringbridge.or/visit/swankeep.
Linda is in the care of Angel Valley Funeral Home, 2111 W. Apache St. in Farmington, 505-327-2710.
