  • I knew Debbie and she was a sweet, wonderful, effervescent woman with a ready smile. She had a bubbly personality and was always a joy to be around. I count myself blessed to have known her and will miss her. My prayers are with you, Jeff, and with your children. God bless you, my friend. I love you.

  • This is sad news. She was too young to go. We offer our sincerest condolences to Jeff, the two young children and the rest of the Mckinney family. Though I did not know Debbie, I knew of her and heard good things about her. I am sure she was a great wife and mother and family member who will be missed by many.
