We Remember.....a slideshow by John R. from John R on Vimeo.
In my experience, many of our brothers and sisters who have fallen asleep were never given the honor and recognition they deserved. For reasons I won't go into here, I did not allow my grieving process to happen for some of my departed friends. This is my attempt at bringing such honor to our brothers and sisters who have fallen asleep. Here are some of them whose pictures I have. May they be recognized and respected for the good they have done. This was difficult to make and and I shed many tears thinking of some of these wonderful people. I am aware it is sad and am sorry that it may affect you so. But I feel better knowing they have been given a chance to be acknowledged. I am sure their families would agree. This is a work in progress as I get more pictures. Send some if you have them. You need to be a member of Way Corps Site to add comments!

Thank you for your labor of love. Several of these wonderful believers had such an impact on my life. I look so forward to seeing them again after the gathering together. Bless you, sir.
God bless you more than abundantly for your loving work to help us all remember these wonderful brothers and sisters in Christ. Although I still have tears at this loss, I rejoice in the memory of how they lived. Thank you!
All I can say is ...
"Well done sir!" Bravo!
I gladly and whole heartedly give you a standing ovation!
'Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given [us] everlasting consolation and good hope through grace,
Comfort your hearts, and stablish you in every good word and work.'
(II Thes. 2: 16,17)
It amazing me at times how these people touched our lives so deeply whether they ever knew or not in this life. Some of them I knew met a number of times, and some of the people noted in the tribute I spent time with personally. Others I only had the privilege of more casual contact.
But even if they did not know me well, or did not know me at all, their lives certainly had a 'ripple effect' by their love and efforts. For me they will always be cherished in a wonderful way. And if I did not get a chance to thank them in some way I certainly hope I'll be able to after the Lord returns. Thank God He has and never will forget them even while they sleep for a short time. But beyond any thanks I could offer them. the Lord will reward them richly for their love for Him and what they did out of love for people. I think of them often and I will continue to 'cleave to that which is good.'
Well done John - very well done. Thank you!
