Holly, one of our two beloved toy fox terriers, passed away January 31, 2010. She was just over 8 years of age, the bright and shining star of our lives in recent years, and a friend and inspiration to every person who ever met her. She was loved by all, and her personality was delightful...terriers give it all, right up to the end...the morning she passed away, as we were taking her to the emergency hospital, we happened to mention "walk" as we were talking to her, and she was ready to go out for one! The group of emergency vets told us...that's the nature of a terrier...they give you everything they have...until they cannot give any more. Our hearts will always hold her...and we know she holds us in her heart.
