  Ken, Great to hear from you and see a picture of you and Helen. I have heard of Monavie, but I am working with NSA and Juice Plus. My web site is 17foods.com . Juice Plus is 17 raw fruits and vegetables in a capsule. Really simple and to the point. I like it because it is just food with nothing added and the sugar, sodium, and water taken out. Gen 1:29.

  damn (can i say that?), ya'll look good! i want to be where YOU are...forget where we are. when ya'll are near raleigh, give us a shout. or we could meet at the beach, since you obviously love the water as we do.

  What's not to like about those Florida beaches? I am glad I live here aren't you? Especially this time of year.
