Sorry to take so long to get back to you. I am a wedding cake decorator and it is an extremely busy time of year. Paul Norcross was staying here with us for a while, too. I am so glad to have heard from you! I am also glad that you are in touch with Paul Norcross and have read his book. It's a life changing book, isn't it?
Regarding horses and dressage...my cousin Carter Bass is really up there in the dressage circles and also travels the country judging such events. Have you heard of her?
