About Me

I was in the Family 9 Corps with my daughter Mellissa. I then was on Staff at HQ for 2 years from 1985 - 1987. Met by husband (Greg John 14th Corps) at Corp week in 1986 and settled in Cincinnati area in 1987. I have be married for 20 years and have 2 more wonderful children, David is 19 and Sarah is 17. We have 3 dogs and are now running a fellowship in our home. Also apart of CFFM in Tipp CIty Ohio which has been a huge blessing to us. I miss my Corps family and am believing we can connect through this site:)

My Interests

Placing my life in God's hands and follow where He leads me and teaching my kids all that I can about God. My new insite into God's Word is on prosperity. How God wants us to have wealth and great blessings in our lives and how He plainly spells that out for us! I can see how we as His children have the right to claim and accept that for our lives. Just like we accepted the new birth for our lives. Duet 8:18, Ecc 5:19 and 6:2, Pro 10:22 much more. Sooo exciting to see this live!!! I love shopping of course .. and spending time with my family is a "10" for me. I love being outside and my deep loves are the beach and dogs! Also .. being with people who love me and that enjoy life. I love helping people and seeing their lives change ... thats the best of all. I decided I really dont like meat, love frults and veggies:) Took a while to figure that one out! Love being with my soon to be 18 year old daughter .. she keeps me young and is just a blast to be with!

Employment or Career

I am a real estate agent now, but my husband Greg:) has his own business so I help out with that a lot. He sets up warehousing. I am also a distributor for Monavie which is sooo awesome. I have NO more arthritis. Its about gone. Monavie is the healthiest drink in the world according to Oprah and the Rachel Ray Show! It works!! I am also writing a book in my spare time .. ha ha. Seriouly I am and will finish it soon. So say a prayer for that one please!

I don't know if you remember me, bit I was in F7 with my daughter ,Cassady. It has been so long ago, but I swear, you have not changed very much! You have a beautiful family and I love your animal pictures! I head up animal rescue in my area. My husband and I travel through Cincinnati to visit his family in Michigan. Dear Suzi: Sorry I haven't sent the materials back. I've been very busy with subbing and Jason's graduation & baseball. I am sorry I wasted your time, I misunderstood you initially and didn't realize it took 4 bottles of Monavie a month, most of the people I work with are trying to get on their feet financially and could never afford that much.... Including me to be honest. The wood products industry is really bad in MD and our once very prosperous forestry business is extremely slow so I thought Monavie would be a fit for me but I realize it's not. Looks as though I will be an educational assistant during summer school. I'll send you the materials back as soon as I can.Love Darlene

We still need to discuss the CFF teen advance with my husband. It will be a busy summer with my son's graduation and getting ready for college in Niagara, NY. Greg and Suzi,
It was nice to here from you. Mom and Dad sold theat big house in 1987. they stayed in Chicago 10 more years then moved to NC. Mom is from Asheville, NC. My dad fell asleep in 1997. Mom has stayed in NC. She is 3 hours from us, so we see her a lot. My siblings are all over. Don is in VT, Nancy is in Evanston and Shawn is in Seattle. Let me know when you will be in town and I will try to coordinate a visit with Mom. She would love to see you. She had 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grands who all make her very happy. She is busy and active...her latest thing is Ti Chi. Keep in touch, Robin

Suzi, I don't think we've every met, but I think your husband was a WOW in my hometown, and was close to my parents. Would you ask Greg if he was in Wilmette, Illinois and knew Bill and Lee Stewart. If the answer is yes, tell him Robin says hello and God bless!

Hi Suzi!! Yes it's me! Remember when we planned to go wow together and then my exhusband called hq and made a fuss so I ended up back in MD? No regrets though, I met my sweetie in MD. One of these days we will see each other again. My daughter Angela wants to go to CFF teen week this year. Either that or I'd like to at least go to the Reunion or the Family camp. Are you going to any of those? Do you connect exclusively with CFF? Do you ever travel East? I will send you a quick note on your e-mail so we can e-mail and I will send my cell phone number. Do you have verizon wireless? You still look just as pretty as I remember you in 83/84. I am a little inept on the computer so I haven't put any pictures on mine. I'll have to have my 7th grader help me. My maiden name was Schulz but you knew me as Darlene Parker.

I have never met you but know Greg from in Rez. Give him a big howdy from me. We played b-ball alot and were on the Flying Firkins together I don't ever remeber seeing him without a beard. There is a pic of him on the 14th Corps slideshow when he was out at LEAD first year and I think there is one while playing b-ball. Should you want a copy of these I can send them to you.
