About Me
I'm married to Barry going on 39 yrs (Oct.2014) and have two boys Sam 22 & Tim 19. Sam is our miracle baby and Tim is our added blessing. We have lived in Syracuse since graduation and have seen our lives go through many changes and continue to do so. We are seeing God work in His infinite ways--people are getting great healings and deliverences, God's Word is on the move! Sam, our oldest is in soon to be a father and Tim has just finished Fellow Laborers with CFFFM and is staying on to learn and grow futher. Barry continues to enjoy his job, teaching & pastoring God's people as well as healing and giving them deliverence.
My Interests
I love reading and studying the Word of God and giving Him praise and worship. I enjoy gardening, writing, genealogy working on the computer, horse back riding, hanging with Christians, praying for anyone and seeing them healed!
Employment or Career
I've been self-employed part-time since 1989 thanks to my husband's help and believing in me. I have a bookkeeping service and small companies. I also do much volunteer at the Syracuse Healing Rooms.
Music I Like
Ah...I love Christian music. K-love is always on in my vehicle!
Books I Like
Besides reading the Bible, I enjoy reading books by Joyce Meyer Bill Johnson, Graham Cooke, John Paul Jackson and many other Christian authors.
Television I like
Oh, the good ole boob tube! Well, I enjoy action TV shows--nothing to bloody. Hallmark movies--chick flicks.
Movies I like
I love to watch old black & white movies on a lazy afternoon. My favorite actress is Bette Davis.
Sports Teams I like
Sports is a whole other world to me. I'm a Mets fan due to carrying on the heritage of my father. We have to keep our teams in the family!
That's the only game I'll watch on TV.

Wow, it is so good to hear from you. You have often been in my thoughts and I had heard you stayed in Syracuse. God bless you and Barrie. Such wonderful and loving friends from years ago. Dan and I are doing very well and are happy in Colorado Springs. Dan travels alot in his territory - Utah, Arizona, Las Vegas, NV, Colorado, New Mexico and now Texas and some times I go with him but mostly stay home. Two grandkids are nearby and lots of friends here. I was so sorry to hear of Terry's falling asleep. She was such a great woman . How is her son doing? Do you know Pam and Phil Hutchings or Dave and Patty Hutchings? I don't know if you remember them but Pam was the very first person in my twig back in 1975 when I was working on limb staff with Duke. I still keep in touch with her and Phil.
Love you bunches,
Joan

I'm thankful that the music has played a small role in your life and touched your heart.

The song spoke volumes when I first heard it. It brings me a smile whenever I hear it.
I was given two kittens about three years after I left you know where-and I really didn't want them. One was pure black-the other pure white-so I named them Ebony and Ivory. Strange as it sounds, they became my little family-and I'm so glad I had them for as long as I did. I lost Ebony when he was fourteen, which was fine with Ivory, since she preferred being a single cat (lol). She would actually carry my slippers to the front door area and have them waiting for me when I got home from work. She was a sweetie!
Thanks for telling me about yours. My favorite cat quote is "Dogs have masters-Cats have staff." haha-so true!
Have a great Thanksgiving!
Drop me a note if your passing
through N.E. Ohio
Have a great Turkey Day
I love you
John
