My husband and I make yard art using recycled materials. My husband does the metal work; flowers, owls on hedge posts, garden bugs made from spark plugs (we call them "spark bugs"). We sell our work from our shop here on the farm and also set up a booth every weekend and the Farmers' Market in Wichita. During the school year I substitute teach at the schools in Haven and Hutchinson.

Sharan, I hope you had a wonderful holiday season. Sheila and I are going to be in Kansas from January 15-20 and would love to stop by and see you. I sent an email to you with the details but I haven't heard back so I thought I'd try on this website. Hope we can make the arrangements to get together.

Have a very happy birthday! I'm sure you make this world seem like a brighter, prettier place for someone every day. God bless you mega-muchly with countless beautiful moments.
Your birdhouses are wonderful. You make them fun, and I’d love one in our yard. We have about seven feeders, but only one wren house.
God bless you. We have lived here in KY for 24 years now!!! It is hard to believe. We are very blessed. Larry travels to India a couple of times each year and teaches classes there. I am a Speech Pathologist in the school system here. Audra, our oldest daughter and the one who was in the Way Corps with us, is married and has 2 beautiful little girls. They just recently moved to New York. We also have another daughter, Elyse, who is still at home. Then we have a son who is in his first year at the Foreunners Music Academy at the International House of Prayer in Kansas City. God has been very good to us.
Blessings,
Jena
Bless, and thanks again.
Ken
It sounds like you have a lovely home and that you are very happy and settled. What a blessing!
I returned to Brisbane about ten months ago after being away for nearly twenty years. I didn't realise how much I missed the noisy birds here: kookaburras, cockatoos, galahs, lorikeets, and even the big old black crows! The calls of birds in this place are bold and crazy - they make me laugh. I'm not an expert on birds by any means - infact, I hardly know anything about these busy creatures at all, but the sounds they make are "home" to me.
And, yes, we do have some peculiar animals here, but we don't see them much in the city. There are plenty of lizards, ants, spiders, snakes and ten thousand amazing insects in our garden - and our house too! It's fun. :-)
Have a great day.
Love,
Sarah
Great to see you too! I think Donna (Fast) Bontrager lives in Yoder. How are all of your children doing? Do they still live in Kansas? Also please say hello to Susan for me.
You look fabulous!
Warm regards,
Diane
I'm so happy to hear from you.
Mike
Our first is getting married next week - to Abby Bernardini (yes, Greg and Cindy's daughter!).
So great to hear from you. Much love,
Gary
