    Dear Mary,
    I haven't been on this site in ages, and just learned of your loss. I am so sorry. I remember your great devotion to your son and what a wonderful mom you were. The bond between single moms and their sons is very unique. I know of no other comfort than the hope of Christ's return. You will remain in my prayers of thanksgiving daily that God will continue to comfort and encourage you give you the peace that passes all understanding.

    Dearest Mary, Your son Troy was like the cutest kid on the planet!! Just thinking about him makes me smile. Seeing the two of you every day for our two years in residence was a gift. Your commitment and determination was admirable. And the two of you were a real team. You were such a good Mom to him.
