"Hey there Lester, so good to hear from you.
WOW a grandfather! Congratulations! Notwithstanding, this is making me feel old, but who among us can hold back time? By the way, you have a beautiful family and clearly you have become an awesome man even…"
"Alaska is pricey too, in fact in the dictionary next to the word pricey is a photo of Alaska. Back in the early 80's when we went to Fairbanks we found the prices to shame even Manhattan, which is a notoriously expensive place to live. For example,…"
As for dogs, the Iditadog is what is known as an "Alaskan husky." They are mixed breeds (mutts) and no longer look much like a Siberian Husky (true pure blooded husky) much less an Alaskan Malamute. The Iditarod dog weighs 40-55 lbs. An…"
Yes, the Iditarod requires very a serious commitment. Plus, there are numerous other races that one must compete in before they can compete. After the initial prerequisites are completed the musher can then sign on and is considered a…"
Hey Linus III! I'm going to be a grandfather in 3 weeks! How old does that make you feel? LOL! You were alsways a great mentor to me and I appreciate you helping me through those awkward teenage years! I'm a better man because of your ministry!
Good to hear from you again. Great photos...you havn't changed much have you!
Still here in North Carolina working at the hospital with Deb.
Got in touch with Mike Verdicchio...remember Mike? Doing great too!
Getting cold here, but not close to minus 43 though. Still too cold for me :)
Take care brother, you'll be hearing from me.
Hey Linus,
Wow! Now that you mention it I can sort of remember it. I recall being a practice dummy for Shane, but maybe we did more. "Hey, I don't know!"(Graham Family Motto).
Thanks for the birthday greeting.
Love justice - do mercy,
Jim
Hi Linus and Sue, Well it's been a early spring this last week. 80 degree days. You wont believe it but I talked to Tom Berry on Friday. He and Nancy have been doing great. After all most of us have been through; it amazes how we talk God's Word. That's the thing that still is the most important! Have a Blessed Night. Make it a Merry Heart Monday. Merrilee
San Diego is pretty amazing for it's weather. Even when it rains before you can turn around it's sunny again. Most say it's a little pricey to live here. Alot of believers have tried and left. But it all boils back to trusting God and doing the basics of the Word. In the last three years well over a million have left California. Going to places like Texas; where their government is building economy and not destroying it. I love your website. Looks like you folks have a great mind for God and His Word. That's the only thing that keeps me stable in the "sunny" world of San Diego. Make it a Blessed Day! Merrilee
Yes you're right Linus. I changed my hair to blond highlighted about three years ago. It's funny, because so many old real estate friends know me as a curly brunette. Mainly men tell me they don't recognize me. These are some awesome pictures you have. We don't see these white flakes in San Diego. Are you and Sue from there? Merrilee
I do remember 8 below and the dogs you memtioned. Loved that movie. To do the Iditarod is a serious commitment that's for sure. we have a very small race here, 250 miles and it is getting pretty popular for this area. Lots of mushers come from Quebec Canada. I should take a picture of my friends dog. I don't know what breed though. Looks like a huskey to me but I know squat about dogs. All I know is it is one big dog. His is all white. Have you guys had a mild winter this year? Just curious.
Hey,
Good to hear from you. I will send your message on to Vince. The pictures you posted are beautiful. It does look very cold there. Please give my love to your family.
