  • Hi Sara! How wonderful to hear from you. Yea, I think I still have the fastest fingers...lol. But I'm down to about 98 wpm instead of 120. Guess old age makes the fingers slower....lol. Wonderful you are so close. Maybe we can get together sometime. That would be fun. Drag Mark and Sheryl Haggard into it and JP and we'd have a good ole time! Dana is driving truck. Can you believe it??? But he loves it. Carpentry (and he was really good at it) just got to the "ole body" and as big as he is, was just too hard on him. But he's been driving for JB Hunt and loves it and I've gone on the road with him a few times and enjoyed it too. That's awesome your daughter is getting married to Tompary. Mine are still figuring out what they want to be when they grown up...argggg. Mine are 19 and 22 because I got such a "late start" on the family life. Seeing your pics you haven't changed a bit. Now...JP...looks a bit older (kidding). We should plan a get together!
  • I hope you enjoy the old Rock of Ages 1972 video I posted. I love the scene where you are dancing with your Dad to the music of Selah. Sweet memories.
  • Thanks for the note Kevin,

I know what you mean about time to email back... I certainly enjoy what I do in my business, especially because God is my "boss". He is the best designer I know! In fact, I named my business "Duo Design Group" to remind me that it is He and I; I don't do this apart from HIm or without Him. Our division of labor works this way; He gets me the work, He gives me all of the design solutions, directs me in doing the work, and I am the "grunt". I carry it out, go to the meetings and produce the drawings. It is a pretty wonderful relationship that has worked awesomely for the past fouteen years. It has afforded me many opportunities to speak the Word, etc. God, and doing the things of God is my life. My business is only one way that God is able to work in me to allow me to reach people.

Glad to hear what you all are doing! Praise God for all of the wonderful things He is able to do in our lives when we allow Christ to be the head of the body and lord in our lives.

Thanks for the sweet note. God bless you and your family. I am so blessed to hear about your faithfulness to Him.

    Love and blessings,

    Tracey
  • Indeed, Sara, rejoicing in hope with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, changed unto that same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord. What a wonderful loving, giving, faithful Father we have. I'm deeply thankful for your life and to stand faithfully with you in this life until that day of all days when the trumpet sounds! I love you very much, Your sis, Nancy
