About Me

Live in Gilbert, AZ with my wonderful, cute husband Mike...he has 3 kids...all grown and two grandbabies. We have one dog named Kody...Kody looks like donkey on Shrek...he is a German Sheppard, Charpae, Scottie...We tell people he is a Barrel Cactus Terrier or a Domesticated Javalina...they actually believe us! (Cher Bear my 16 year old toy poodle just passed...so very sad...what a wonderul, loving companion I will never forget) My husband designs and manufactures beautiful acrylic aquariums and other acrylic designs. My parents live nearby...Mike's parents live in Sylvania, Ohio. Love all the babies springing up in our families...they are all so much fun!

My Interests

Cooking, gardening and spending quality time with friends and family around the country. My husband and I host a small Bible study group in our home that is connected with a wonderful local church. This has been a great opportunity to share so much of the Word I have been taught and to learn from the heart of many precious believers. It has helped me to recall so much from the past that I had forgotten.

Employment or Career

Own Merino Skin Care USA. I import skin care products from New Zealand and represent various complimentary beauty and health products. I am also involved in our family business in code dating machinery manufacturing.

I love K-Love...really love Jennifer Knapp, Newsboys, Big Daddy Weave, Erin Schust...Andre Reure (spelling?), Mark Schultz and always have loved Aaron Neville!

Books I Like

of course the Bible! I am currently reading Joel Oesteen, Marriage Today and Under the Banner of Heaven.

Television I like

Fox news, 24, Everyone loves Raymond, Dancing with the Stars, American Idol ...(and don't tell my husband) -the girls next door...I saw Kevin Josephson cutting Hugh Hefner's hair on that show...Kevin was precious! I also absolutely love the cooking network...Paula Deen warms my heart, but makes me want to eat too much mayo and butter!

Movies I like

Love "One Night with The King", Shrek, happy feet, Open Range, the Queen and the Borne movies.

Sports Teams I like

Suns...miss Nash's long hair...it was so cute!!

Judy - how small a world it is!! I would love to see you when you are in town. I just saw Marguerite and Steve Keil and their kids this past summer. I am going to NC to a Weekend in the Word at the Suminskis - I think Jackie McTigue will be there with her family. I'll let you know how it was!

Judy, it was great hearing from you. It's funny how small this world really is. Aside from Perrysburg, Sylvania is really the only part of Toledo that I like; and you're right though that area is very nice. The east side is just the projects and an industrial waste-land these days. Listen, I will probably be out in the valley this fall. I will definately give you guys a call. OMG! Judy Gilbert is the bomb! Supposedly it's the safest community in the state of AZ. I miss it so much; I lived in Gilbert for two years. As a matter of fact I lived right off of Elliot and Val Vista in Val Vista Place. Unfortunately I had to move back to Toldedo, OH for work. If you like good Italian you have to check La Stalla in down-town Chandler if you already haven't. Peace and Love!
