About Me

Living in NC. Married Charlene (Little) in 1978. She is a RN. We have raised 2 girls and 1 boy who are all out of the house. We left "TWI" (short for The Way International) in 1982 not long after the Way Corp year we spent at Rome City IN. The leadership gave us a rough time. To make a long story short, we were tired of having to deal with Dr. Wierwille and Howard Allens adulterous practices. Once we left, they "marked and avoided" us and made up stories about why we left. It was the best thing for us. I went back to school for electronics in Tucson, AZ. Then we moved to Raleigh NC to be closer to Charlene's family and find a better job market. Charlene went back to school to be a school teacher but did not enjoy it at all. She then got her nursing degree. She now works for the government regulating nursing homes. I am a product specialist for Schneider Electric. We've raised our three children and they have all moved out of the house now so it is just Charlene and me. We are so in love. Six years ago I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. The docs gave me 3 to 6 months to live without treatment. With treatment they gave me a 20% chance to live past 5 years. I took the treatment (chemo, radiation then surgery). Once I recovered from the surgery I began walking to build up strenght. After a year I began running. A friend of mine encouraged me to begin triathlon training. I did. I have been participating in triathlons for the past several years. I made it past the 5 years and I expect to live a long time. I really have to give the credit all to God and His Word. Charlene and I confess His Word into being every chance we get.

My Interests

Studying the Bible with Charlene. Participate in triathalon racing (swim, bike and run), play guitar and sing, backpacking the smoky mountains, snorkeling and mountain biking. Charlene and I love to travel to the caribbean islands. We also like to cruise. Reading and politics.

Employment or Career

Electronics - I am a product specialist with Schneider-Electric.

Music I Like

Gospel Bluegrass - III Tyme Out, Nickle Creek, Ricky Skaggs, Allison Krause. Classic Rock

Books I Like

The Bible (of course). The Fair Tax Book (must read).

Sports Teams I like

Kansas Jayhawks, NC Tarheels, Carolina Panthers, Dallas Cowboys

It's been 35 years, but I'm so thankful you came to Marinette back in '71-72. I still bang on the guitar because of your example. For a few years I didn't think you could have fellowship without musical accompany. It's great to see you alive and kicking. There's still believers in Marinette and have been for 35 years so your life impacted more than me. Just wanted to say thanks.

i'm crying with the greatest joy of you two, God knows I love both of you,and I love where you are in life, stay with it my brother, because God is at His best, when we worship Him in Spirit and in Truth,,,nothing shall seperate us from the love of God or from our Savior Christ Jesus or from His Word; They all stand for Truth that can't be changed, set yourself apart from all appearences of evil, no matter where it appears or in who. John there is an Italian movie called Johnny Stacchino,starring Roberto Benningi; he did "Life is beautiful" You are " Johnny Sticatto" I always remember singing in Sticatto....give my love to Charlene, and all the best to you.

Hey John,
I still remember when you and I ditched the Corp run at the BRC at 5:55 in th AM to grab a cigarette. I think Vince caught us too. Also tell Charlene I remember when her and I went to WI. with the corps at Ferris UN. and we were witnessing on the campus. I also remember our "Coffee Diet"
We had a lot of laughs and I still smile when I think back on all the Wonderful Memories. Sure Love you guys!!

Dear John and Charlene, Hello !! So nice to see your faces and to hear of your love for each other, and your deliverance from Cancer. We have dealt with that stuff with my oldest daughter...she is well and healed now too,, praise the Lord!! Life is so precious....We have been in Seattle area for 25 years....we have three daughters, one still at home....they are such a joy to our lives....we have a home fellowship every other week, and John teaches at another close by once a month, plus special events...we also are involved with a small local church, and I volunteer at their Healing Centre once a week. God is so good... thankful to still be "growing up in Him"... God bless you both. Love, Jane and John

You did. Her family was living in Macon, GA. Don, Carol, David and Chris Morgan and they all went WOW to AZ in 1981 I believe. Anyway she thinks you are wonderful.

J & C~ How are you? Long time, too long. As soon as I saw your note I remembered the miraculous dropping apple incident just as we were coming off the cleanse the first time and both of us were STARVING!!
But God did a good one and bomp...the apple dropped and we both laughed with a knowing that He does supply our needs.
Hope you and the kids, 3 of them...wow, I know what you guys do when the shades are pulled and the weather gets cold; :-) are in great shape. My two girls are both in CA and doing well.
We'll have to catch up more later~

John, Told her today I had contact with you. She and her husband Don and their two children David and Chris went WOW in Arizona from Macon, GA. She was thinking you all were in Macon for a while and briefly met before they went WOW. Eleanor Tursdoll??? was the Way Team leader.
