You old dog you. How the heck are ya? I went dear hunting this fall for the first time in sixteen years! Naturally, there were great stories to tell, but it brought back so many memories of hours spent in the woods with you. I can't wait till we get to heaven - you and I are going to party; big time.
So, you're in Knoxville, eh? Last time we saw each other, you were living in Witchita. I'm still in New Bremen, still painting, but it's all art work now. And, I'm making beer as a hobby. It's a blast!
For those of you in Rio Linda! That can only mean one thing - dittos!
I can't tell you how many times I've told our deer stories. Remember the time you said you found "the largest coon scat" you'd ever seen? Good grief. Were you there when I blasted a blank round in (what the hell was his name?) Billy Funk's house down in Muskingum County?
By the way, Ted Leininger fell asleep several years ago, but you probably knew that.
