About Me
God is good. Life is good. I'm happy, productive, and enjoying the fruits of fellowship and focused work. My children are healthy, happy, and equally focused. We have a roof over our heads, we have food to eat, clothes on our backs, and people to love. We live in America! What's not to be thankful for?
My Interests
My oldest child, Jon Anderson and his wife, Marlaina, moved to Seatlle WA for Grad School, taking my grandchildren, Amelia (9) and Noah (5). Jon has been a war correspondent/photographer for nearly 15 years, but having resigned his final post at the Pentegon, in favor of academic pursuits he has also taken time to enjoy his family, doing some writing and helping the wounded. Marlaina, another true minister, his best friend and devoted wife and mother, was the first to start grad school in Seattle. They both function as ministers without borders, having no particular affliliation save Jesus Christ. I am so proud of them both.
Katherine Rose is 19 and is a freshman at Miami of OH studying Art Education (k-12). She has complete confidence in God and prayer. She is bold in her declaration of the necessity of fellowship and without realizing it, she has become a minister of comfort and counsel to all in her circle. Sarah, 16, is an athlete - volleyball and basketball. Tall and lanky, she has her father's athletic genes. Both are great girls from whom I learn the greatest lessons in life.
Sports Teams I like
Local high school team: Sidney Yellow Jackets

Please say hello to John for Todd and I.
Wonderful to find you here!
Sue and I joined this site recently. I was surfing through it this morning and came across your name (actually, as I was looking for someone else... I never expected to see you here). Thank you for being so detailed in your bio. You are perhaps the best communicator I have ever known, and I always admired you for that. I simultaneously felt both joy and sorrow as I read your bio. As with many of us, I never wanted to be separated from The Way International, but there came a time when there was no real choice.
Thank you for info about Jon on your bio! I love your son. He is one of the coolest kids to have ever appeared on this planet. How often I thought of him as I raised my own son (who is now 19 and a wonderful, loving young man). Do you know that in the days when I used to try to help Corps with their research papers that Jon is the only person to have ever thought of asking me what MY paper was on and how did I handle it? I told him, and for many years (if not still) it was just our secret. I probably told you later, but what stands out in my mind is the special repore with Jon.
Sue and I live in Cincinnati (8519 Coran Dr., Cinti, OH 45255 tel# (513) 474-5029). Please feel free to write or call any time.
We are blessed to have a group of believers who meet with us regularly (usually on Sunday mornings) to hear God's Word, and enjoy the fellowship. Can't tell you how much it means to me to get to teach almost every week.
Jesus Christ is the full payment. No-one measures up to God's standard. Righteousness is a gift. A gift is a gift. No legalism here.
I love you.
Ken B.
Hello again! Still have a piece of paper I got from your beautiful home long ago (Michigan?) and pray for you whenever I clean up my desk --again.....
Please give Jon my love and my email. Would love to stay in touch with both of you. judiklug@earthlink.net
God bless you all!!!!!!!
I was friends with Jon while in residence and we kept in touch for a year or so after that. I would love to contact him again and catch up.
Thanks,
Adam Levert
Thank you for the note! Yep, that's the same Gary, he was married to Michele at that time, Sean and Kristina are now 27 and 25, I think she was just an infant when they were in Res. We met and married in Chicago, and I think that's where I met you, not sure of exact time, but you left such a great mark on my heart!
Gary sends his love, and he could hardly believe Jon was "that" old! Sure see how years go when you look at our children.
Stay blessed,
Terri
It's wonderful to see you here! I just read your bio, you are all in our prayers, and let us know if we can ever help! We are in the Seattle area, so if your son needs someone to connect with, or just help with locations, please let him know we are here.
God bless all of you!
Gary and Terri
