I went to the National Nurses in Business conference this past weekend. There was a presenter, Mary Lightfine, who spoke about Nurses Without Boundaries. It's like "extreme nursing". I thought it might be something you would be interested in. It is nurses who go third world countries to help and teach.
Also, if you ever thought about starting your own business, the NNBA has a lot of good ideas.
