  I'm so sad about Buddy. Yes, CB's memory of him was a good one, as was yours. He was such a sweetheart. The hope of the Lord's return burns brighter for me with every light that temporarily goes out on this old earth. What a day that will be!

  Hey, hey, easy on the "old" stuff. Wished you'd done our roof instead of the person who did....*sigh*. Please post more pictures so we can see your children and grandchildren, etc. Baton Rouge, many fond memories of that time and all y'all.

  Sorry I never got an email at the car dealership. These folks change so much electronic stuff constantly. I went through Baton Rouge right after Katrina. My folks went to Lake Charles before the storm, and my son, Beau, and I had to come get them and bring them to Seattle for a couple of months until they turned the lights back on. My parents house is okay - remember it? It's a nice little house in Metairie by the Causeway. That neightborhood was spared but all around was devastated. My sister lost everything. She's back, as are so many folks, and rebuilding their lives.
  My folks left their car at the airport in Lake Charles and it almost got destroyed when hurricane Rita went thru while they stayed with us. Wow! We don't have many disasters up here except for some snow and ice and power outages. Hey, remember Jeff and Deborah Mohn, limb Coordinators of La. in the late 70's? Amazingly, we live close to each other up here and pray together weekly. Pretty wild, huh? Good Christian brothers are hard to find.
  Next time I'm down there, we'll vist about that 1973 PFAL Class, OK? You ever see Evan Pyle? Later, Steve Ladieu

  Como sa va, brother. I saw your picture and you still have that Danny Brouillette smile. You still slaying ducks, mon frère? We've slayed a few here in WA, there's just no pirogues . They also have ducks on steriods called "geese". They taste good. Geaux Tigers! Talk to you soon or post an update of our family.

  To be honest I think the Bucks are in for another disappointment in the title game. I just hope we put up a better fight than we did last year. Don't worry the Ohio State fans travel real well and will spend a lot of green just to say they were there.
  
  As far as if you treated me with respect, well you must have because I would remember you if you didn't. In other words since I don't remember you, you must have been ok with me. Funny how we sometimes only remember the bad stuff. You probably remember my mother better than you do me. Her name was Gloria Powers.
