    Happy birthday!!!!Yesterday.... Mom and dad had their 60th Wedding Anniversay yesterday too! I trust your birthday was a great one.. John pitched an awesome game yesterday for his school baseball team..Go Spartans! You'd be so proud of him..

    Dear Claudettee,
    The last time I saw you, my son, Alex, was about 7 months old, for a fall celebration at HQ. He will be 18 in two weeks. But you are continually in my prayers. From the first day we met in Oregon, where you taught me to let go of the fear and signed me up for PFAL. Then again when I was a WOW, in-residence and on staff. Always, you were right on time. And I remain thankful. Now, I am in Florida, teaching academically challenged adolescents, and guitar and working with the youth fellowship my is very much a part of. It is a busy and full and mostly blessed life.
    Thanks for helping me along on the journey.
