About Me
Cathi and I moved to Tucson, AZ two and a half years ago with our daughter Kristin, Cathi's mom, Jane Yeremian and our two dogs. We love it here in the foothills above Tucson. Our son Grant is married and living in San Francisco working in a software related company but will be moving back to Atlanta where they also have a home and working from there. Our youngest son Christopher is playing football and going to school and James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA. We have a townhouse there where we go to see him play and hang out.
Life is wonderful and we are all well. We are happy to talk to anyone, but be forewarned, we don't debate, accuse or pick sides on anything. We love God with all our hearts, minds, souls and strength and we will love our neighbors as ourselves. And in the great wisdom of Forrest Gump "That's all I have to say about that..."
My Interests
God, as always.
My family as always.
Football, as always.
Life in every aspect.
Learning in multiple areas.
Stewardship of my body, mind and spirit.
Special Note:
Cathi (Yeremian) my wife is a 25 year survivor of breast cancer. If anyone finds themselves or a loved one in a similar situation, please talk to her at cec575@yahoo.com She is not offering "magic juice" and she will not pull a "Benny Hinn" on you, but she is someone that will be of help to you.
Employment or Career
I have been on my own since I was asked to leave the Way doing many things, but always continue to minister in one form or another whether on the football field as a high school football and strength coach for 16 years or writing books and newsletters, publishing websites or teaching live.
It's been and continues to be a wonderful journey like Abraham leaving Ur and following God to a new land of promise.
Music I Like
Jazz, Blues and just about anything except Christian Radio music...got to draw the line somewhere.
Books I Like
The list is way too long to list and it's new about every week. I have more books than I do clothes. I could mention my own book "Get the Skinny on Prosperity" sold on Amazon. I read a lot about business, the computer world, the History of Christianity, Christian thinkers and life in general. I will read a novel once in a while IF it makes me think.
Television I like
Football of course
A good daily dose of ESPN--24 hours of sports, what a God-send.
Anything funny or adventurous. No drama, there is enough in life already.
Movies I like
DVD's and videos are second only to my books, so once again no permanent favs it could change every month.
Sports Teams I like
College Football. With preference to the ACC, I coached Brian Randall the QB for Virginia Tech after Michael Vick left and have had others I know in the league.
Our Family favorite of course, the James Madison Duke's (how cool that they name a mascot after me)

Hello Duke, we have not met, but I was looking to find folks who lived in or around Asheville, NC. I was in Cottonwood Az for a few years. I attended Patricia Cota-Robles retreat at the Lowes resort in Tucson. I would love to get info about living in Asheville. My folks moved there years ago & I helped my mom house hunt, fun memories. I'm sure every great place has grown! Blessings, Pam Hill
Myrna Brinkly told me you might know how I could get in touch with Pat Conger (maiden name). Pat was in the seventh corps. I've been looking for her for years and have not been able to locate her. Hope you can help. thanks
How be ya! Hope you are doing super.
As for me I'm still hanging in there, living in FL.
Not long ago I was thinking about you when I was going through some old 45's, One that I have is the one you and Stevie Kay did .It still sounds good to my ears.
In the last couple of years I have talked with Stevie Kay and she is doing great. She's a high school music teacher in Cos.Co.
Take care my friend and say hi to Kathy for me.
Ted
I am looking for Bob Mathison...where can I find him?

Vince is currently in the Congo. He is due back on Tuesday evening. Please keep him in your prayers as he leaves the Congo on Monday and doesn't arrive back here until Tuesday. His last day of teaching an open meeting is Sunday.
Grace and peace,
Mimi
Thanks for the kind words. Yes, the journey continues, and I thank God that our paths have crossed at various times along the way. While I cherish the wonderful times of sublime fellowship of the past, I know that “the best lines are yet to be sung.” So often I think of the powerful influence that being in the Way Corps had upon me. Would you believe, that when I floss my teeth, I still turn my back to the mirror and face the opposite direction, so as not to flick debris on the mirror. Aint that something?! Of course, I am especially grateful for the passion for the Word of God and for the people of God that still burns deep with us all, as we endeavor ever to seek to do the will of God, which is “the greatest achievement” (according to Albert Schweitzer).
It was great to get an update on you and your family. Give my love to Cathi, “my little Armenian eggplant.” You guys seem to be migrating farther and farther westward. Now you’re going back to California, singing the song (at least Cathi is singing: “California, here I come, right back where I started from). I know you’ll be blessed wherever you go. It’s great fun to watch and see what God has in store for this next phase of your journey.
Thanks again, for celebrating with me on this special day. May we all continue to be strengthened and encouraged in the Lord, our God, who has brought us thus far along the way. We are comforted in knowing that He who began a good work in us will be faithful to complete it.
Be blessed, my good brother,
Lonnell
Today is the 35th anniversary of our ordination, and I have a special compilation on my Way Corps webpage. Check out the blog "Celebrate with Me."
For all of us, the journey continues. Celebrate with me on my journey.
God bless,
Lonnell
I just wanted to let you know that when we dedicated our children at the old church/coffee house in Duluth, MN, you spoke a prophetic word over our youngest daughter, Cheyanne. That word has come to pass and is still being fulfilled. She is a strong believer and almost finished with her PhD in Communication. I am an oncology nurse and will probably be working at Johns Hopkins in their oncology clinic when we move to Baltimore this summer. Gene Paul has had his own business for many years, he does historical restoration. Thanks for the wonderful influence you had in our lives. We have always respected both of you and the call of God on your lives.
Much love and blessings,
Deb and Gene Paul Nesgoda
Ask Cathi if she remembers helping me get ready for my very first teaching on I John?
Great memories...
