"...and I STILL have the sterling silver earrings you gave me!!!! It was the first pair I had ever received that was genuine. Can't ever wear them without thinking of you. And I'm blessed you're doing well. I don't get on here very often, so don't…"
It's a delight to see you here on this site...I still listen to and love your music and fondly remember the time you came to Mike and Jane T's home in Granite Falls, NC a decade or so ago ... was happy to see your bakery online. I know you probably don't have a face to put with my name, but I just wanted you to know how much your love for God and your wonderful singing voice has blessed me (and continues to) over the years .... hearing you sing "Precious Lord" on even an old worn-out cassette tape still sends chills up and down my spine....and one of my old favorites from your Joyful Noise days, "You've Got to Come Back" really "does the trick" for me today whenever I've spent less time than I should dwelling on the things of the spirit ... "got to come back to the Prince of Peace" ... boy! That's something we all need to be reminded of from time to time, isn't it?
Hi Claudettee,
Blessings in the Jesus Christ name. I can never forget you and your beautiful smile. Great to see you on this site. How have you been?
Like we say in T&T "wey sar, good to see ya gyul!"
Love, Karl.
It is good to see your name. Steve says hi and sends his love. I love the stories he shares about times long ago in Wichita....and the story of driving through the snow storm in his freezing blue van going home for Christmas with you and Jo and Barbie. Thank God you all didn't run into that snowplow!! God has definitely been good to all of us through the years.
Hi Claudettee
So good to see your name here. That's because your name is still on The High Road.I was listening to you singing that song the other day.My oh my that seems so long ago but yet like only yesterday.
Bless You In Everyway Everyday
Ted
Claudette, Hi, sweetie. I thought I would have to wait for His Return to tell you about all the times your heart and voice brought me to tears and back into Fellowship. Sounds sort of cheezy, i know, but i don't know how else to couch it. xoxCB
Hi Caludette and welcome. What a pleasure to see you here. I truly hope you have fun catching up with some familiar folks here. I hope you don't mind, but I put one of your songs on the Main page music player.
Being the inspiration to untold numbers of people that you were, I bet you will receive numerous comments. Let me give you a few tips.
Every time you get a new comment or message you will by default receive a new email alerting you to that fact. This can be annoying to some, although I personally like it. You can turn off certain email alerts by going into "My Settings" and adjusting things there including Privacy settings.
Think of Comments as the old "Sign My Guestbook" concept. It is not email. You are not required to answer every one and you can also do so at your convenience by clicking on "Comment Back". That will put your comment on the other persons page instead of yours so they will see it.
Be aware that you can delete comments by clicking on the little red X at the bottom of the comment. Please consider leaving all your comments, however. It is great to see what others have to say on your "Guestbook if you will.
Private messages - At the very top of each page, on the left side, you will see an envelope icon, which opens the MESSAGE CENTER. When you have a new message, the icon will light up with a “new” indicator. Click the icon to read messages sent to you.
Let me know if I can help you with anything further. My personal email address is on my page.
Claudettee,
I had heard that you had a bakery in the Atlanta area and visited the site. I am so glad to find you here. I'm one of the 6th Corps that loved your voice and music every time I heard you sing. I hope you are still singing and that you are very happy.
Patty
