I am also a tongue cancer survivor. I got the precursor for that at 19 and it went undiagnosed for over 23 years. When they finally diagnosed it, they said that most people who get it die within the first year so I am a case study.
Please email me at home if you would like to, so many miracles God has done. Last year and the year before he restored the bone in my jaw.
For most of us we know we need to eat well but making a workable meal plan is sometimes very difficult - I know it is for me. Do you have any short cuts that you use? The book talks about inflammation in the body and transfat and sugar, of course. It's really great.

The Cleveland Clinic is the only Wellness Clinic that I know of around the country that is pretty new,and the chief operations officer is Michael Roisen, Co-author with Dr. Oz.. The company that I work with is fantastic, the Founder and CEO is on the board at the Cleveland Clinic. The reason being is because of the products that he manufactures, and his expertise in the wellness field. Dr. Roizen wanted his expertise. That says alot for the quality, since both of these men take our wellness super juices. I am glad to represent them.
Because of the research that has been done on them, I feel they would be the perfect blend along with a few other things for all individuals, and those suffering with chronic immune diseases as well as other diseases. By being Pro Active for one's health I believe we can avoid disease if we take life seriously and take care of ourselves on a daily basis.
Getting back to the clinic, the reason for this clinic, they found that a wellness program is needed because of people getting sick, staying in the hospital and then there is no where for them after wards.
You certainly are blessed to be a cancer survivor and I would love to see more survivors. I would love to see people after the disease get their immune systems so strong that they don't get secondary illness like pneumonia, influenza A and the like.
Thank you for sharing that the Gardasil blog helped you. If this blog helped just one person it is worth it.
My daughter's doctor wanted her to get the shot a year or so ago, just when it came out and I said no. I've learned being married to Tad, and other physicians I know to wait on vaccines for a while before jumping on the band wagon.
Also in my opinion it is teaching promiscuity, as we learned in the video, because young women think it will protect them.
What a false sense of hope, it is so devilish.
I am a cervical cancer survivor. I have put off letting my girls get this because it was new and wanted to see the effects and my girls are not at risk. (I was through nuke testing in CA in childhood, plus other environmental things.) I had a medically documented miraculous healing when I had it and they surgically rendered me barren but God intervened with three great children! Yeah!
Just the other day I was thinking maybe my girls should get it because the world is so crazy and a bit more protection would be good. I asked God for confirmation and the answer is no, obviously.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
I am reading the Anticancer book and it's excellent. Again, thank you.
love & blessings, Karen
