  • The newest book that I have read that you might be interested in is "The Inflammation Syndrome" by Jack Challem. It is fantastic. I am very much a proponent of being Pro Active regarding our health, it is critical in my opinion. We have to take charge of our own lives, with good nutrition, and supplementation because our soil has been depleted of its minerals and vitamins, it is essential, and of course exercise in order to be healthy. That is why Dr. Geiger and I do what we can to educate.

This is one reason I started my business with essential juices along with the oils. The juices are antioxidants and full of minerals and vitamins. They are huge anti inflammatory products.

Thank you for the information on Dr. Laird, it definitely takes that kind of persistence. The medical community is coming around. The first Wellness Center was opened in the past year at the Cleveland Clinic, the director is Dr. Roizen, co-author with Dr. Oz. We need more Wellness Centers throughout the U.S. along with the hospitals to treat and educate the public on ways to stay healthy.
Isn't it interesting that a lot of our problems stem from what we put in our mouths. It is mind boggling to me.

Here in AZ I am thankful that there are so many integrative medicine practitioners but we still have a long ways to go.
  • Yes, these men have a hundred years of cumulative wellness expertise. Their testimonies will have impact for generations to come, because the senators are extremely interested in implementing wellness programs for children, and all those covered by medicare programs.

I encourage everyone to listen to this, it is long but you can be doing something else while listening.

It is the Wellness Revolution, we have been saying it now for a couple of years and it is becoming more evident each passing day. I am so excited!
