The quote - "its amazing to see God' s creation in action" brings to mind my last time I was at Yellowstone - it was during the great fire that burned the whole park and many parts of that area - it was the largest fire that Yellowstone ever had - there was a lot of debate about it - thousands of firefighters were sent there to battle the blaze - to no avail - although they did protect the buildings - some things are God's way of nature moving for it's own rebirth.
The fires allowed all the old dead forest - many trees that were dead from no sunlight - crowded out to be burned as well as the heavy amount of dead undergrowth that prevented new trees and young trees from growing. Now almost 20 years later the forest is thriving with new life and new growth - because new light can reach the soil where the seeds for a new forest! Food and plant life can be sustained among the trees no longer covered by dead branches and thick undergrowth - allowing the herds of bison and elk to graze and reproduce and multiply!
Oh how I can't wait til I see it again! Praise God for his wonderful ways!
