God Bless you and greetings to you from God our Heavenly Father and His Son Jesus Christ.Relationships are an important aspect for every human being. Just think what would your life be without relationships. Hmm! Well it is very difficult for us to imagine life without relationships with others. Without the bond that is form between parents and children; husbands and wives; friends and families life would become seemingly very dull. Without relationships with other people life would be very lonely, meaningless and of no value.Thank God for our human nature and our need for relationships. It is through relationships that we learn, develop and enjoy being alive. Relationships are a very positive aspect of human living. Of course not all relationship brings value to our lives, some can be very hurtful and very negative and can take away our joy, our happiness and our peace. However, here’s the good news we can choose our relationship with others wisely, we can mend broken relationships as well as correct our relationship with others. In this present life we live God has given us THREE VITAL RELATIONSHIPS to develop. These three relationships are eternal and adds depth to all of our other relationships. Lets look at I John 1:3That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also mayHave fellowship with us; and truly our fellowship is with the Father, andWith his Son Jesus Christ. (KJV)The word “Fellowship” is used twice in this verse and both times it is the same Greek word koinonia which means the act of partaking, sharing, participation, communion, or communication. God wants us to have true and vital relationships with fellow-Christians, with His son Jesus Christ as well as with Him. God being the Creator of mankind knows everything about good relationships. You see the word “fellowship" aptly describes the word relationship. God and our Lord Jesus are both desirous of us developing a meaningful fellowship or relationship with them and each other. When we work on these three vital relationships we would be strengthening our other relationships in our lives. You may have, or have had bad or hurtful relationships in your life, but God has given us the power of choice!! Today you can make that decision to start or re-start a vital and meaningful relationship with God and His Son. We can have a true and vital relationship with other Christian believers as well. Make that decision now to choose your relationship wisely. Get God and His Son Jesus Christ involved in your life today! It’s a relationship that will last a lifetime and beyond.
