Hello to all, Laurie and I are currently living in the not so sunny north .We have our own business, remodeling homes,offices, and chicken coops, Jason our #1 son is in business w/ us and also here with us as we travel along lifes highway , as Pat the Handyman and Wife Laurie do the best they can in the Land of the Rusty but Trusty BUICK ! News about Pat ,Laurie and Jason ... Where to start ...? Traded our former credentials honors and accolades in for a Starbucks Coupon worth $ 1.75 and we can carry pistols there now as well ... HOT Coffee and Hot Lead . It has been a fast , few years here ... We made and lost a fortune .. Made and kept a lot of friends .... moved a few times ... Jason is in College part Time, Pat is President of a local small business assoc.. a former radio show host , and locally known for his over the top support of our USA .. Laurie is the brains behind the operation deferring to Pat only so he thinks he is( the brains) at times ( ha Ha ) Pat agrees that men are just animals that live in the house and wear clothes....( we have not evolved ) Laurie is a school bus driver ( the wheels on the bus go round and round ) has a health and wellness biz , and is active in the Fellowship we host at a Local Restaurant ( los amigos ) Jason works for the family biz "Pat the Handyman" and associates, Jason being The associate .. other than that, time and space preclude us from a lengthy tome... Work, Music, Military Veterans Issues , Local Radio, Sleeping www.Veteransradio.net and Thayrone.com listen in on both live 24/7 Mannatech Nutritional .... In the 70's while in the Military and I was intro'd to Christ I spent several years of that as a Big Kahuna in military outreach ...It was exciting I was in the miltary and in a foriegn country ....and speaking God's Word ... Ilearned that freedom has NO enemy , as man will no matter what crave it, and God always makes a way to get it .... My other inerests are The victorious Life Church here in Ypsi and Christian Family Fellowship ...www.cffm.org and finally ..... If someone was to ask you , what do you stand for or what do you believe in maybe , what would you fight for ...what would you answer ......? What is most important to you ? What principle do you abide by 1st and foremost ? What do you stand up for ? What do you consider important enough to share with others ? What do you teach your kids ? What would you fight for ? What do people see when they look at you ? What do your bring to the table ? What will you pass on to the next generation ? HI Pat & Laurie,

Nice to hear from you. MI. was my first assignment after graduating from the 16th Corps. I remember Pat talking about doing handyman work. I've done a lot of that myself and still do between larger projects.

When you say "gathering of the saints" is that involved with The Way or another "gathering of the saints"? Just for clarification...not that I'm judging you...I would love to see all of God's people standing together on what we agree on rather than being divided by what we may not.

I was in Michigan ( Eaton Rapids and Lansing) with some other members of the 13 International Way Corps in 1982 and in 1983 when we were sent as ligthbearers ( Portadores de luz) during our first year in residence.
