About Me
Still just as jazzed about "a lifetime of Christian service." Doin' what we can to apply the training and carry out God's call... the most important spiritual realities haven't changed. Labels, nametags & organizations come and go, but Ephesians still reads the same as it always did. We're not trying to fulfill anyone else's ministries, just our own. Love to help wherever someone needs us. We believe what the essence of "the Way Corps experience" means to us today is not to look backwards to reminisce, but to look forward to worship the Father and reach our world together. Our greatest days are ahead, growing more like the Lord till we see his face...

God bless you.

We are looking forward to seeing you this month. Grant has had a very hard year with his team. A sign of a true fan is being loyal even when your team is down.
See you soon.

You probably heard from Dot that Nicole has been working at the tutoring place, Mondays, with her. Is Dottie already back home for the holiday break? Cole meant to ask if they were closed while schools out.
It's almost puzzle time, want to come over and help? LOL

I do stay in touch with all my family except my oldest brother who has decided to remain with the Way and thinks I am evil. Plus I don't like that stiff hard Way mentality he exhibits.
Mom and Dad are living in Florida. Dad has dementia with Lewy bodies and parkinson's symptoms. It's sad because he isn't the vibrant soul he once was and sometimes funny because his mind isn't right.
Mom finally had to put him into a nursing home. He sometimes complains and wants to come home but mom can't handle him anymore. She goes to see him everyday and since his home is close to the beach she often takes him to the beach to spend the day. He often forgets they had done that. But he is spending his time doing things he loves even if he never remembers that he has done them. Mom said they had a karaoke night and he sang for the group. Dad always loved to sing. They are having a talent show coming up and mom is encouraging dad to be a part of that.
The boys are doing well. Both have found churches and are still serving God in their own way. John has one boy JP and he has graduated high school. James has 6 kids ranging from a year old to 11. He has his quiver more than full. lol. He's an awesome daddy and he has a sweet and beautiful wife who is a patient and loving mother.
All I know about Scott is that he has 2 girls and they live in Georgia I think. At one point he was a region coordinator but I think he only does a limb now. I have seen pictures of his girls and they are beautiful, and from what mom tells me smart too.
Well that's that family. I see you have some grown kids. You don't know how old that makes me feel. lol. And you and kevin still look so youthful. What have you and your troops been up to?
much love.........
