    Hey, Jim! I just joined this site a couple of weeks ago and keep finding new "old friends." Great to see you again and read a bit about the kids. I can't believe both are in college now--have so many years really gone by? I'll have to tell Becca and Lily I found your page. It sounds like you're all doing well. Touch base when you get a chance.     Oh my goodness-Hope and Seth are in college! I still picture them being young. Do you have family pictures?

    Personal trainers can also move into becoming fitness coaches where you have clients over all over the country you check in with and assist them with their fitness goals. The field of fitness is growing and provides a lot of potential business opportunities.

    Hey! Mike and I remember you guys! So glad to hear you are doing well! Congrats on the kiddos being in college, although you made us feel super old! Our kids are 9 & 5 now, but they act like they'll be in college tomorrow! HAHA! Thanks for reaching out - keep in touch!
