Way Corp group(s) I was in
22nd Way Corps then 21st Corps
Where I live
Bath, England
About Me
Started out in the UK, fled to New Zealand just before PoP, went in residence, returned to New Zealand, now returned to the UK.
Now just bought my first house so there is plenty to do.
I built a new vege garden in May 2008 and the produce was thoroughly appreciated by creepy crawlies. For 2009, I may have to build wire cages to dissuade airborne predators (birds).
My Interests
>Hiking mostly and several other outdoor activities.
>Travel.
>Photography.
>Gardening.
>Volunteer Street Pastor, a scheme new in Bath, and am getting quite involved in that. Intention is to show kindness and compassion on the streets, especially to young adults and homeless people. We're out between 10 pm and 3.30 am on Fri and Sat nights.
>Full-time lion tamer (okay, I have two cats whose middle names are Scared and Terrified).
Employment or Career
Erratic :-(
Television I like
Don't have a TV so no favourites, but if I find a TV to watch, I like natural history programmes or documentaries.
I listen to the radio a lot, a channel which has a lot of investigative or magazine type programmes.
Comments
It's 9:45 pm Thursday here. But it's FRIDAY THERE!!! Happy birthday to you Hazel (love that name) Hope you have a fantastic day.
Yes, indeed, it's your birthday today! Have a jolly one.
Have you tamed those cats yet lol?
How are you? I see you are back in the UK fighting off the air and ground assaults on your garden. Barbara says good ol' Murphy's Oil soap works well to repel the ground critters and you can spray cayenne pepper water on the plants to keep the birds at bay, however I don't know if that will affect the taste? It is not suppose to.
Anyhow, God bless nice to touch base with you.
God bless you,
Scott and Barbara
Hey, you haven't aged a day. I can't really say what Jenn is up to. I have not communicated with her in a few years. Glad you are enjoying England, and no doubt keeping an eye on the young princes there too!
It's sure great to have a God who takes care of us, isn't it. And we have continual strength by being complete in Christ. What victories lie ahead when we believe.
All the best,
Michael
