  • Hey Brad and Chris, Fantastic to hear from ya'll. 25 years goes by pretty fast ay. South Dakota was one of the greastest years of my life and ya'll were such a powerful part.l 'd do it again in a minute. I'm gonna dig up my pictures and get em on here. The family of God is forever. God Bless you guys Jim
  • God bless you, Brad and Chris!

Thanks for your kindness in communicating! I took the on-ramp onto this site about five days ago, and what a pleasant surprise to find out about how so many brothers and sisters are doing!

Our in-residence training years are also pleasant for me to remember, especially things you both said and did. Even the difficult and challenging times have some sweetness about them, sticking to God's Word despite circumstances that weren't always fun. (Good training for real life!)

Karen and I and the kids have been in North Carolina for about 20 years now. Three of our four children are North Carolinians by birth, all except for Derek who was born in Oklahoma City in 1988. We are thankful for God's love and provision for our lives, and to realize that we can learn about Him every day and never exhaust the supply of what He has to share with us.

Our son, Isaac is at Ohio Northern University in Ada, OH studying music education. We get up there periodically, either to drop him off or to pick him up after a quarter is finished. Perhaps we can meet sometime and visit?

It is great to hear that your sons have grown up and launched into adulthood. Also great to hear that you are enjoying life in these post child-rearing years.

All of the best to you and your family!

    In Christ,

    John
  • Happy birthday, Brad (and Chris too). We look forward to celebrating with you! xxoo K & S
  • God bless you Brad and Chris. It is so good to hear about your lives and your family. We live about 5 hours from you, I think. I would love to hear more from you. Are you still teaching the WORD of CHRIST? That is our calling. Much love, Jim and Elaine
  • Hi Brad!
I get off at 6, so that's perfect - if you send me an email, we could exchange cell phone numbers. Is Chris coming with you? It will be so great to see you!

  • WOW! What a joy to hear from you. I would love to have been able to Brad. I have not been in Ireland for SOOOO long. Having said that what a good excuse that would have been. Unfortunately Teresa and I are at a Christian Conference for that week. It touches me that you would make the effort to contact me and I thank you brother. Can you tell me one incredible mystery? How do our wives not change as we accelerate to becoming clones of our Dad's? Hey, is this fair? I know life isn't fair but boy I am sure glad it is that way because we get to admire them longer. Please send Chris and the boys my love and sometime come to the real country of "FREEDOM!" Having said that Braveheart was shot mostly in Ireland so I take that back!!:)
The Lord bless you. I have such fond memories of both of you and I can say of a truth that I truly love you both also. Thanks for getting in touch. Don't be strangers!! Love , Don You should consider contacting Paddy Herron who is from Dublin and is now a famous author and a beloved brother. Tell I told you to do it and that he would take Royal care of the men folk. You will find Paddy on here.
  • Hello to you and Brad, just wanted to stop in and let you know we love you two and have fond memories of our early "training" years together. God Bless you big!

  • I love you both so much. Tears are in my eyes at this moment. The kids look great as well. I wish you knew how much you made me into what I am today, the good parts anyway, and how much...I'm starting to ramble. I just want to say thank you. Thank you.

    With love,
    Dominic
  • Dear Brad and Chris!

So great to see your faces and to hear from you. You two were always so special and always blessed me so much. You look fantastic and it is hard to believe that you are almost empty nesters.

I send you both a big hug!!

    Lots of love,
    Kellie
  • So glad to hear from you two!
Alan and I are separated and going through a divorce right now. It seems strange to even type that! Not much to say about that....Kids are really doing well. God is SO good to me!
Sure love you and appreciate your communication.
    Debbie
